Welcome to the Gallery at Funkē Fired Arts
The FUNKē FIRED ARTS galleries were created with a simple mission: To deepen the appreciation of the fired arts the showcasing of work by renowned and emerging ceramic artists alike. The gallery directors and I are pleased to present you with the following:
In the Exhibition Gallery
The Thomas J. Funke Signature/Exhibition Gallery is located in Cincinnati’s affluent neighborhood, Hyde Park. The gallery showcases emerging and established artists whose innovative mixed-media works emphasize the use of clay and illustrate clay’s enormous range as an artistic medium. The exhibition space features five diverse exhibitions per year in the 1550 square foot gallery room. We are now accepting proposals for group and solo exhibitions for the 2008-2010 seasons. To submit proposals for an exhibition please contact Lisa Merida-Paytes, Gallery Director, at lmpaytes@funkefiredarts.com.
